Troian Bellisario Celebrates Patrick Adams’ Birthday

Troian Bellisario celebrated her fiancé, Patrick J. Adams’ birthday in Newport Beach today, August 20. The duo and friends jumped spent the majority of the day on the water before heading out for the night.

Troian has spent this past week directing her very first episode of Pretty Little Liars. The star luckily got the weekend off to celebrate Patrick’s upcoming 34th birthday. He will turn 34 on August 27.
