Filming Begins on Troian Bellisario’s Pretty Little Liars Directorial Debut

Troian Bellisario kicked off Day 1 of her Pretty Little Liars directorial debut today, August 16 in Los Angeles. Troian is directing episode 7×15 “In the Eye Abides the Heart.”

Her cast mates showed their excitement and support for Troian via their social media pages. Lucy Hale wrote, “I’m lucky enough to get to act in Troian’s first scene as a director. I’m proud proud proud” on her Instagram, while fiance, Patrick Adams showed his support by ordering a coffee cart for Troian’s first day.

I can’t wait to see what some of the other cast members have to say when it is their time to film with Troian! The new episode will air on Freeform in 2017!
