Katie Cassidy to Play Justice League Character, Black Siren on The Flash
Katie Cassidy will be playing the Black Siren in the May 17th episode of The Flash. The star filmed her scenes last week in Vancouver and many people, including myself, thought she would be playing the Earth-2 version of Black Canary.
It was confirmed today, April 4 that should be playing the DC Comics character, which was created for the Justice League animated series. In the series, she was the mother of Dinah Laurel Lance and a member of the Justice Guild of America.
It will be interesting to see how she comes into play in the episode. Also, I wonder why they chose Black Siren rather than Black Canary.
