Miley Cyrus was spotted in New York City today, February 28. The singer visited By Chloe for brunch where she posed alongside Chef Chloe.

Miley is gearing up to begin work on her TV project with Amazon and Woody Allen. The six episode series set in the 1960s will begin filming in March.
