Justin Bieber was spotted out with model, Jessica Serfaty last night, February 1, in Los Angeles. Jessica was previously linked to Joe Jonas late last year.

Over the weekend, Justin was also seen giving an impromptu performance with Tyga at 1 Oak night club. The pair surprised the crowd by taking the mic together for a song.
