Justin Bieber Greets Fans Outside The Wiltern Theatre

Justin Bieber was spotted leaving The Wiltern Theatre last night, January 28, in Hollywood. The young star looked to be in good spirits as he greeted fans after watching Bryson Tiller in concert.

Currently, Justin has been preparing for his upcoming World Tour. Justin is expected to kick off this March and then travel throughout North America until he wraps the leg in July.
