New Character Posters from Shadowhunters Released

The first character photos for ABC Family’s new series, Shadowhunters have been released. The photos feature the stars of the new show, including Katherine McNamara and Dominic Sherwood.

The new show is based on the best selling book series, The Mortal Instruments and it will premiere on the network this coming January. The premiere episode is called, “The Mortal Cup” and unlike other book turned TV show adaptations, the first season will not revolve solely around the first book in the series, City of Bones, but will contain scenes from the other books as well.

I am really interested to see what they include in the first season. Will it be just the first two books or more?! What do you think?
