Lucy Hale and Debby Ryan Celebrate the Dalai Lama’s Birthday

Lucy Hale and Debby Ryan helped the Dalai Lama celebrate his 80th birtday today, July 7 in Irvine, CA. The girls attended the last day of of his birthday celebration, which started this past Sunday, July 5.

The girls were joined on the University of California Irvine campus for the event by Lance Bass and Bea Bridges. I love Lucy’s outfit. Not really feeling Debby’s look.
