One Direction “Gutted” Over Zayn Malik’s Departure

One Direction caught up with The Sun‘s Dan Wootton about Zayn Malik’s quitting the band, their future, and more while on their On the Road Again tour in Dubai.

Liam Payne revealed “We’re gutted Zayn chose to leave. But now after a few performances as a four-piece, we feel confident and determined to carry on stronger than ever.”

Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson are focused on being a foursome and creating the best music for their fans. The guys thanked fans for sticking with them with Niall sharing, “All we want to do is make them proud and return their faith in us with a brilliant tour and an amazing new album”.
