Sarah Hyland was spotted leaving the W Magazine Best Performances Party in West Hollywood last night, January 8. The young actress looked to be in good spirits as she greeted fans before making her way to her car.

Currently, Sarah is still on break from filming for her hit TV show, Modern Family, Soon, though production will get back underway and the star will film until late March/earlier April.
