Sarah Hyland attended the launch event for TOMS For Target last night, November 12, in Culver City. The young actress was joined by Jennifer Garner for the celebration.
Currently, Sarah is enjoying a brief hiatus from her hit show Modern Family. She will begin production once again after the Thanksgiving holiday later this month.
