Many Hellos In America

Janel Parris and Val Chmerkovskiy participated in week 3 of Dancing With the Stars! The couple did a jazz number to “America” from West Side Story.

Janel and Val were awarded the first perfect score of the season with a 40 out of 40 for the routine. They stand atop the leaderboard tied with Derek Hough and his partner Bethany Mota.

The pair is safe this week from elimination but be sure to vote so they are safe next week, too! This was the best dance of the night!
