Another clip from Miley Cyrus’ V Magazine shoot has been released. Miley is on the cover of the magazine’s “Rebel” issue.

Miley is also gearing up to restart her Bangerz Tour. This time she will take the tour to Latin and South America and then onto Australia.

Her first tour stop will be in San Juan, Puerto Rico on September 11. She looks gorgeous in this video. Whoever did her make-up for this shoot did a fantastic job!
