Moving On Up
Dakota Fanning was spotted out in New York City today, August 4. Dakota rocked a red headband and sunglasses as she went about her day in NYC.
In the next couple of weeks, Dakota will begin her next year at New York University. The star had the Summer off from school to relax and prepare herself for another semester of school.
I love her headband. It is so cute!
