Justin Bieber was spotted partying it up in Ibiza, Spain today, August 1. The star was seen getting comfy and cozy with a female on a super yacht and partying with David Guetta.

No word on who the female was, but you can see photos of the two of them on our Tumblr. Before arriving in Ibiza, Justin had been in Los Angeles working on new music.

I wonder who the girl is? Any ideas?
