Selena Gomez was spotted out in St. Tropez, France today, July 23. The star rocked a black dress and sunglasses as she made her way back to the yacht she has been staying on for the past couple of days.

Selena is in St. Tropez celebrating her 22nd birthday. The birthday girl has been seen swimming in the waters and enjoying her time with friends.
