Cut It Off
Joe Jonas got a quick haircut today, July 9, in West Hollywood. Joe looked to be in good spirits as he showed off his shorter do while exiting a local barber shop.
Joe has been keeping a low profile for the past couple of weeks. Apparently, he has been working on some new projects, but nothing confirmed has been released.
