Justin Bieber was joined by his posse of pals for a meal at the Grove today, April 16, in Los Angeles. He has returned to LA after spending several weeks in Atlanta.

Justin made a surprise appearance at the Coachella Music festival over the weekend where he performed with Chance the Rapper. He also reunited with on-again girlfriend, Selena Gomez at the festival.

I wonder if he and Selena will attend the second weekend of Coachella?
