Justin Bieber was seen filming a music video in Panama yesterday, January 27. The singer was seen riding around the beach on an ATV and hanging with his new gal, Chantel Jeffries as he filmed the video.

Justin arrived in Panama this past weekend after having a pretty rough week in Miami. Justin seems to be in better spirits since his arrest last Thursday, January 23.
