Miley Cyrus was spotted in New York City today, December 12. She is in town to perform at Z100’s Jingle Ball tomorrow night at Madison Square Garden.

Miley just announced she’ll also perform at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in the Big Apple on December 31. She was set to co-host a bash in Miami but changed plans when she was asked to perform at the annual Holiday concert special.
