Miley Cyrus was spotted at her hotel in London tonight, September 11. The singer rocked a crop top and a jean jacket as she made her way out of the building and to a waiting car.
Miley is in London to promote her single “We Can’t Stop” and her new album, Bangerz. The album is slated to be released on October 8!
