Miley Cyrus was seen leaving NRJ Radio studios this morning, September 9, in Paris. Miley was at the studios to promote her new album Bangerz.
Kicking off a quick couple of week of international promotions for her new album, Miley will be making stops in Paris and London before heading back to the States. Miley will then begin rehearsals for her upcoming performance at the iHeart Radio Music Festival towards the end of September.
I love how she stopped to meet with fans even though it was raining out.
