Justin Bieber apparently got into an altercation with a photographer in Miami yesterday, June 5. The star has been in Miami relaxing for the past couple of days and yesterday it seems the photographer ran into Justin at the wrong time.

TMZ is reporting, “The incident occurred outside The Hit Factory recording studio at around 4 AM…” Justin saw the photog taking photos of him and proceeded to take the photog’s camera and remove the SIM card from inside.

The photographer asked for the SIM card back, but Justin refused to return it. You can listen to audio from the incident above.

This incident happened before another incident, which is being investigated, involving Justin’s bodyguard and a different photographer.

In this incident, “2 of Bieber’s bodyguards rushed him and one started choking him. He says the bodyguards grabbed his camera and removed the memory card.”
