Miley Cyrus was spotted hanging out on her hotel balcony in Miami today, April 6. Miley was in Miami to attend Pharrell’s birthday party last night at Club Liv.

The singer, who recently released a brand new song with Snoop Lion called “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks”, seems to be pretty relaxed as she chatted with her friends outside of her hotel room.

The song is currently available on iTunes, so make sure to buy a copy of it! I am so jealous she is in Miami! I would love to be there right now.
