Justin Bieber was spotted heading enjoying some down time in London this evening, March 3. The newly turned 19-year-old was seen heading into the Mint Leaf restaurant after catching a movie at Vue Cinema.

Justin is currently in the middle of the European leg of his Believe Tour. Justin will kickoff the first of four shows at London’s O2 Arena tomorrow night, March 4.

So jealous that Justin gets so much down time in London!
