One Direction appeared on Daybreak today, January 31, in a pre-recorded interview. They also appeared on This Morning, as well, to talk about their work with Comic Relief.

Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Harry Styles shared how incredible their time in Ghana was and how the people they met had such uplifting spirits.

Liam also revealed who his first Valentine was to and Zayn shared that several of the mothers of One Direction think the boys are getting a little too crazy with their tattoos!
