The Winner Has Been Chosen

The 18th Annual Critics Choice Movie Awards announced this year’s nominees today, December 11, and some of our favorite stars and movies made the list.

Jennifer Lawrence was nominated for three solo awards. She was nominated for “Best Actress”, “Best Actress in an Action Movie” for her role in The Hunger Games, and “Best Actress in a Comedy” for her role in Silver Lining Playbook.

Silver Linings Playbook was also nominated for “Best Picture”, “Best Acting Ensemble”, “Best Director”, “Best Adapted Screenplay”, and “Best Comedy”.

Elle Fanning and Logan Lerman were both nominated for “Best Young Actor/Actress” for their roles in Ginger & Rosa and The Perks of Being A Wallflower.  Perks was also nominated for “Best Adapted Screenplay”.
