Demi Lovato was a guest on Live With Kelly & Michael this morning, September 5, in New York City. Demi was on the show to promote the newest season of the X-Factor.

During her interview, Demi spoke the newest season of the X-Factor, working with Simon Cowell, her health, her recent birthday, and so much more. Demi will soon be jetting off to Los Angeles to perform at the pre-show for the MTV Video Music Awards tomorrow, September 6!
