Miley Cyrus was spotted out shopping with some friends in New York City yesterday, August 23. Miley, who has been spending her summer in Philadelphia, showed off her new haircut as she grabbed a taxi after shopping.

It was announced earlier this week that Miley will be presenting at the 2012 MTV Music Awards. I cannot wait to see what Miley rocks at the event.
