The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards have announced this year’s nominees and some of our favorite musicians have been nominated!

Justin Bieber and One Direction are both walking away with two nominations. Justin is up for “Best Pop Video” and “Best Male Video”, both for “Boyfriend”. One Direction is up for “Best Pop Video” and “Best New Artist”.

Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato also earned a nomination. Selena Gomez received a nomination for “Best Female Video” for “Love You Like A Love Song”, while Demi received a nomination in the “Best Video with a Message” category.
