A New Start

Demi Lovato started her new job as a X-Factor judge yesterday, May 24, in Austin, TX. Demi was joined at the first audition by Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid, and Britney Spears.

The above video features each judges arrival to the venue and the arrival to the judges table in the theater. I love how L.A. Reid and Simon helped the girls get up to the judges table! What gentlemen!

I really like Demi’s dress. I love how she went with a bright color, but paired it with a dark leather jacket. Though, to be honest, I am not really feeling the hairdo. Kind of wish she had worn it down.
