Miley Cyrus was spotted leaving her hotel in Miami this morning, May 18. She was accompanied by her mom, Tish, and sister, Brandi.

Miley, who apparently did a bit of work with Pharrell in the studio last night, was seen signing autographs and taking pictures with fans before heading off to the airport to fly home. Next up for Miley is an appearance at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, May 20 in Las Vegas, where she is set to present!
