Justin Bieber covers the special 2012 Billboard Music Awards edition of Billboard magazine. He is joined by his mentor, and long-time friend, Usher.

Justin is set to perform at the Billboard Music awards. He also recently announced that he will be releasing “Turn to You” a new song off his upcoming album which is dedicated to his mom.

The proceeds from the single will go to helping other single mothers and the tune comes just in time for Mother’s Day!
