Begging For One Chance

Miley Cyrus debuted a new tattoo while out and about earlier this week. The tat is located on her right index finger.

The ink is apparently of a Nazar amulet which is believed to protect against the “evil eye” and ward off negative energy. This is Miley’s 13 tattoo.
