Justin Bieber and Victoria Justice performed at the taping for Christmas in Washington 2011 last night, December 11, at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.
The special was filmed in front of the First Family who later joined all the performers on stage to sing a Christmas tune. It will air on December 16 on TNT!
