Sarah Hyland appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show yesterday, November 28, in Los Angeles.

Sarah was on the show to talk about her TV show Modern Family and while on the show Ellen also got Sarah a gift for her twenty-first birthday!

I love the cabana boy outfit she gave her. Would die to see Matt Prokop in that!
