You Gonna Kiss Me Or Not

Lucy Hale attended the 3rd Annual Kisses for the Troops today, November 11, at Military Island, Times Square in New York City.

Lucy and Cosmopolitan magazine teamed together for this event and every postcard with a kiss on it will be given to a solider on New Year’s Eve fighting in Iraq or Afghanistan.

Lucy looks great. I hope she had fun at the event!
