Justin Bieber was spotted filming his new music video apparently called “Mistletoe” in Franklin, TN yesterday, September 28.
The video also features The Band Perry and is off of his upcoming Christmas album!
Justin, along with his girlfriend Selena Gomez, were spotted by onlookers and fans on the streets of the historic town.
