Demi Lovato attended the the Noon by Noor launch party at Sunset Tower last night, July 20, in West Hollywood. She was accompanied by her pal, HannaBeth.

Demi rocked some feathers in her hair and glitter on her face to the event, which was also attended by Lo Bosworth and Kim Kardashian. Demi and HannaBeth were spotted leaving the event together.
