Lucy Hale stopped by the Havaianas Mercado Pop-Up Shop Launch at Urban Outfitters Space 1520 yesterday, July 6, in Hollywood. She brought along her boyfriend, Alex Marshall.

Lucy and Alex checked out the new items and even designed a pair of flip flops for themselves. Lucy looks so cute!
