Lucy Hale is on vacation! The star is enjoying some necessary relaxation as she celebrates her friend, Annie’s upcoming 30th birthday.

Lucy had been in Los Angeles where she shot a new campaign for Almay before heading on her vacation. You can see photos from her shoot here.
