Tom Holland Steps In To Help Fans After Autograph Chaos In NYC

Tom Holland helped out a few fans last night, June 24, in New York City. The young actor was heading into the Ed Sullivan Theater ahead of his appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert when things got a little out of hand.

While signing autographs outside the theater, professional autographers began pushing themselves closer to the barricade in order to grab Tom’s signature. As this was going on, a few fans, who were also waiting for Tom, were unsafely pushed into the barricade. Tom, seeing what was occurring, stepped in to help the fans being hurt while also yelling at the grown men to stop what they were doing immediately. After a few moments of back and forth between the star and the men, Tom was able to briefly chat with the fans who were hurt to check to see if they were OK.

I am glad that Tom stepped in to help these fans out.

Thank you @tomholland2013 for your amazing hospitality for me and my family. The news won’t cover this, so I’m gonna tell it to you. #tomholland is a real life hero and really cares about his fans. He took out time to get to know us and apologize for a rude paparazzi person outside. This person was rude to my niece and Tom Holland actually put the guy in his place. I loved it and respect him so much for doing that. Meet a lot of celebrities in my line of work and very few will stand up for their fans like Tom did. I’m a fan of this #spiderman for life. Have a great show and can’t wait to see the movie with you on Wednesday. . @spidermanmovie @hollander.4.life #spiderman #marvel #marvelstudios #spidermanfarfromhome #spidermanmemes #spidermanisawesome
