Take Your First Look at Asher Angel in Shazam!

The first photo of Asher Angel in WB’s new movie, Shazam! has been released. Asher will be playing 14-year-old Billy Batson in the DC Comics movie.

In DC’s Shazam! film, Batson is an orphan granted an array of magical powers by a mysterious ancient Wizard (Djimon Hounsou) — all he needs to do is say a magic word to transform into a full-grown superhero. Zachary Levi will be playing the superhero version of Shazam.

The movie will open in theaters next April!
