Victoria Justice attended the grand opening of Black Tap in Las Vegas last night, December 29. The star rocked red and black as she helped the burger and milkshake restaurant celebrate their new restaurant.

No word on if Victoria will stay in Las Vegas for the New Year, but Vegas would be a great place to celebrate. Also, I need to visit this restaurant stat. Their milkshakes look so good!
