Elle Fanning in Talks to Play Patty Hearst

Elle Fanning has a new role! Elle is in talks to play the lead in Director James Mangold’s new picture.

Variety is reporting, Mangold will be bringing to life a film about Patty Hearst. Based on the novel by Jeffrey Toobin, “American Heiress.”, “it will draw on Toobin’s reporting as it delves into Hearst’s kidnapping by the Symbionese Liberation Army and re-emergence as a member of the left-wing terrorist group.”

I really hope the talks go through. I would love to see her in this role!
