Phoebe Tonkin attended the Launch of Lucia Pica’s Spring-Summer 2018 Make up Collection in Naples, Italy last night, October 12. The young actress was joined by a multitude of other celebs to check out the latest makeup products.
Phoebe has just arrived to Italy after spending the past few months in New Orleans. Phoebe has been in New Orleans to work on the final season of the hit CW series, The Originals, which will return this winter.
