The kids of Modern Family hit up FOX Broadcasting Company, Twentieth Century Fox Television, FX And National Geographic 69th Primetime Emmy Awards After Party last night, September 17 in Los Angeles.

Sarah Hyland, Nolan Gould and Jeremy Maguire had attended the Emmy Awards earlier in the evening before heading to the party. Sarah opted to change into a black mini for the party.
