Justin Bieber was spotted arriving in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil today, March 29. The singer seemed to be in good spirits as he departed the plane and headed to a waiting car.
Jusitn is in the city to perform a show at the Praça da Apoteose. Before arring in Rio, Justin had been in New York City enjoying a little time off from his Purpose Tour.
