Justin Bieber Makes One Lady’s Night in Arrowtown

Justin Bieber was spotted out in Arrowtown, New Zealand today, March 21. The singer was spotted shirtless relaxing with friends at a local bar.

During his trip to the bar, he also made one special lady’s night when he danced with her and gave her a kiss on the check. Justin is currently enjoying a little time off from his Purpose Tour after playing his last show in Auckland this past Saturday, March 18.
