Miley Cyrus Celebrates Friend’s Birthday

Miley Cyrus attended a friend’s birthday party in Los Angeles last night, February 24. The star seemed to be in good spirits as she celebrated the friend’s birthday at the Peppermint Club rocking Mike Will Made It merchandise.

Hopefully, this is not the only party she plans to attend this weekend. As it is Oscars weekend, we are hoping that tomorrow Miley will make an appearance at the Elton John Viewing party and/or the Vanity Fair Oscar party like she has done in the past. She has not said if she will be attending either party, but our fingers are crossed.
